Nagasaki Champon

Champon is a Nagasaki speciality of noodles, seafood,  chicken and vegetables in a soup. Considered to be Chinese as it was first concocted by a Chinese resident in Nagasaki. It's hard to find anywhere else in Japan and almost impossible to find outside the country.
